Current practice in your hospital

I work in a picu in Glenside, South Australia. A suburb of Adelaide. We are changing buildings, our present nursing stations are closed. Are your picu nursing stations open or closed. We will soon have open nursing stations but believe we will be unsafe. I would appreciated greatly your current practice and thoughts on practice.
